End of Summer Vacation

haven't been posting a lot lately (and I told that to somebody else too without
thinking about mine). Summer vacation will now be ending soon and classes
will start (July 13, UE Caloocan). I just hope college life will be a little easier.

New Playlist

I updated the media section, some of you may have
noticed a media player at the bottom of the page but,
the site went down and thus the song won't play,
I decided to change the song, now this time it's a playlist
here are the songs (may not be in order):

Nobody's home by Avril Lavigne
My Happy Ending by Avril Lavigne
Wake Me Up when September Ends by Green Day
I'll be missing You by Puff Daddy feat. Fauth Evans
I forgot the other one.

EDIT:
I'm re-editting the playlist so its unavailable at this time.

Graduation

I just graduated yesterday and somehow I don't feel
that feeling that we won't be seeing each other,
because we'll be seeing each other tomorrow for
our clearance, but I couldn't help not minding
everyone who wants to take a picture of me
with them and the same with me, in which I
say to others that I want to take their pictures.
But even if we won't be seeing each other tomorrow,
there's always friendster and the yearbook in
which we wrote our e-mail addresses.

And a quick update,
Our Graduation Ball wasn't that fun too.
I sat with persons who are just so maarte (pardon)
that I might even have said that they were killjoy
on this occation. And the other people in to that
event might have forced Heritage Hotel to
decide never to accept a reservation by LCC,
since, apparently, my batch mates forgot their
ettiquette (others got a lot while others got none).
And the program itself was boring I can't believe
we paid 1,2oo Rizals for such an event.

Okay!!!

This blog is now managed by a Google Account, with a new customized
layout. Welcome and I'll have to tell them to add this blog to their pages.
Oh and the song does not fit the mood the URL and my penname,
I'll have to fix that.

Faster than snails run...

We finally bought some RAM to speed up our pc so expect me to be having
more regular posts, because performance partnered with the incident can
really slow it down. The posts have been posted and that's the only thing
new today.

Note:
In the event that I don't changed the URL, you can still expect the features
I'm expecting.

EDIT:
Our pc crashed and we don't have a clue to fix it. Someone said that we should
not mix ram of different memory.

The Sign of Independence

This topic has been mentioned previously in a post but here's where I
explain (or at least try to) what I have been feeling lately. I have relatives
which used to live some of their lives in Bahrain and every time they're here
because of their summer vacation, I'm always the one who jumps up because of
excitement that they are here. But of course, back then maybe they are feeling
that I'm always that person who tags along with them and they don't like it.
For sometime, I learned to live without them. But let's just say that deep
inside I still hunger for them. I remember when my granma died and that the
whole family just can't make it to just catch a final glimpse of her. My relative
was sent (she's on college and started studying here) everytime she arrives,
I remember my mom saying to me "Jay, nandyan na si ate nene!" (Jay, cousin nene's
here!), and of course I'd rush outside to meet her. Then it followed when we were
visiting our late relatives that she unexpectedly came along. I remember how we
used to share ghost stories and urban legends while we were staying there. It
happened for two years and she didn't make it this year. Now moving on to
christmas, usually the whole family didn't celebrate it here, but the two daughters
(The first one was the person I just described, the second is the next daughter,
who is now a college freshman), who apparently didn't celebrate it with their parents.
But even if they stay in the phils. they didn't celebrate it with us. The second
daughter tried an approach, she actually came here but left soon with her boyfriend.
I didn't even see her the whole time she was here. Now this is where the title comes
into play in regards to me. I have a male relative here, but is never home, the two
sisters mentioned above, are breaking away from us and are thinking that its time
they live their own lives. Well, they have every right in the world to do that because
they are eighteen years old now. I have another cousin a little older than me, but
got herself pregnant and was forced to leave along with her son. And I'm next in line,
I've already imagined what my life would be, independent. I see myself living in Japan
struggling to try and learn Japanese, arriving but leaving very soon. Yeah I see myself
like that when I'm older.

Note:
I put in the info of my relatives above to get you an idea. Because I think
it's a little hard to explain.

New Years Celebration

I think it officially started at our street at around eight o' clock,
but the sound system was already set-up and playing at around three o' clock.
I only thought of asking this now but I was wondering if we are the only
compound which have this kind of stuff playing every year, and my dad's answer:
yes, we are the only ones who have this kind of thing. Anyway, while the music
was playing (we're smarter than sheep not to play christmas songs), some of the
boys along the corner were acting like faggots and dancing like gays along
with their partners. Of course, they do get tired and when they did (or so
I thought) the young ones took over. When I say young, I do mean young,
like five years old, acting like they know how to dance the "harlem" and
stuff. And what is new year without fireworks there's the weak "piccolos",
"five stars", etc. and there's also the strong ones like "pla-pla", "super-lolo",
PVC tubes which look like cannons known as "boga", the rocket-like thingy known
as "quitis" and the defeaning and blinding "whistle bombs" (they give off a shrill
whistle before exploding and can blind you temporarily if you looked directly at it).
For me, I just lit up sparklers, and you know what happened next, because of the
smoke, I think I just got asthma, it hurts to cough and I felt shortness of breath.
We are indeed complete in this occasion, except for one family and a relative.
The eldest brother of my father, due to some reason I do not know, spends the
holidays in Bahraign. Well, yes he has two daughters who recently said that
they will not be spending the holidays with their family, and unfortunately,
with us too. One thing I can comment on is that they are "Breaking Free" and
"Breaking Away, spreading their wings and learning how to fly". And you know what,
I'm planning of doing the same thing, although I'm not old enough (I haven't finished
high school yet). Anyway that thing of mine will be described further in a
different post, but for now it ends here.

Happy New Year everyone!
Hoped you greeted 2007 with a bang.
